The staff was great, offering to help in any way possible. The hotel was stunning. Beautiful stained glass windows in my very spacious room and a gorgeous lobby and restaurant.

The hotel was within walking distance to the centre of Puebla, having plenty cafe and food opportunities nearby. The staff was very helpful and our room was in prefect condition, being cleaned every day with fresh towels and soap provided.

The room was nice and very clean. If you have Netflix account the wifi is slow but good enough to watch movies and series. We had breakfast and dinner at their restaurant, placed in the ground floor, all the rooms surround the restaurant, the food was great. The banana bread cafe was the best we had tried. The staff was very helpful and nice. It is around 4/5 blocks from the main walking street, located in a beautiful area and all the way is very safe. They made our stay wonderful, thank you.

Gorgeous building really close the town centre. Super friendly staff. Lovely cafe out front. Huge rooms!

The staff was so charming, friendly and helpful. Loved the structure, apparently a former monastery. Very impressive. Great location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, good location to walk into the centre. 5 minute walk to Mercado de sabores, nice clean market to eat in and bus to Cholula leaves from here. Excellent coffee from the adjoined cafe, which is open earlier than anything else nearby.

Being the first time I visit the city, staying at this hotel was a good decision, the facilities are very clean, the staff's attention is incredible, the restaurant food is very delicious, the cafeteria service with the multilingual lady helps a lot and finally there is a lot of comfort in the room, I recommend that you visit it.
